• Legal entities operating in the Russian Federation, including foreign chambers of commerce, joint chambers of commerce, federations, associations and unions of entrepreneurs, foreign firms and organizations (general aspects and legal support to the opening of a representation office);
• The rendering of services representation offices of foreign legal entities need in their current activities in the Russian Federation;
• The formation of databases for representation offices of foreign legal entities, which acquire opening permissions via the RF CCI;
• The provision of personal accreditation of foreign staff members of representation offices and their family members and personal IDs of the staff of foreign representation offices and their family members;
• Performance of Agreements and Arrangements on Visa Issue Procedure Simplification;
• The drafting of documents and control over procedures required for the operation of representation offices of foreign legal entities together with RF CCI subdivisions;
• The organization of meetings with representatives of foreign legal entities at the RF CCI on issues of their operation in the Russian Federation;
• The interaction with foreign embassies and trade missions based in Moscow in the opening of representation offices of foreign legal entities in the Russian Federation;
• The rendering of assistance to joint chambers of commerce in the opening and operation of foreign legal entities in the Russian Federation;
• The rendering of assistance to territorial chambers of commerce and industry in the opening and operation of representation offices of foreign legal entities in Russian regions;
• The participation in the drafting and publication of information materials concerning the opening and operation of representation offices of foreign legal entities in the Russian Federation and services rendered by the RF CCI system;
• The servicing of inquiries from state bodies, public organizations and entrepreneurial organizations concerning activities of representation offices of foreign legal entities in the Russian Federation.
