The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (CCI RF) assists in building an infrastructure to provide entrepreneurs with services at the regional and international levels. Setting the task of providing Russian businessmen with practical assistance in establishing contacts with foreign partners for successful and long-lasting business cooperation as one of its top priorities, the CCI RF is putting into practice the program of informational support for business.

To deal with this task the CCI RF has created and successfully promoted in collaboration with regional commerce and industry chambers the concept of Business Information Exchange Network (BIEN): http://www.ruschamber.net/eng/.

BIEN works as a project giving clients access to informational resources and unique services of the whole system of commerce and industry chambers.
